The industrial facility, which has been purchased for $9 million, is located in the 72-acre Plantation business park. The Plantation is a mixed-use complex that encompasses 140,000-sf, located near the Pomona, San Bernardino and San Gabriel freeways.

The buyer, Ringwood Avenue Portfolio LLC, was represented by Chris Bonney of Lee & Associates. Steven Bellitti, Thomas Taylor and Clyde Stauff of Colliers Seeley represented the seller, Plantation Portfolio LLC.

The sale comes hot on the heels of two recent leases signed in LA for 428,000 sf of industrial space. As reported last week by GlobeSt, Texas-based EGL Eagle Global Logistics LP signed a $22 million, 10-year lease for 305,400 sf in LA's South Bay and Lucky Brand Dungarees signed a 10-year, $7 million lease for 123,445 sf in the Vernon area on the southeast edge of Downtown.
