There is 5,000 sf of office space in the structure, the rest is a warehouse. The precast building has 72 exterior truck docks, four drive-in doors, 116 trailer stalls as well as a 196-car parking lot.
FCL Builders, Inc. designs and builds office, food processing and manufacturing facilities and warehouses. They also are involved in site selection, land acquisition and due diligence.
Suncast makes hose reels, lawn edgers, carts, cabinets, licensed lockers, wastebaskets shovels, ice scrapers and roof rakes. Project manager Larry Gamm, assistant project manager Darren Lackey and superintendent Ron Petrunich oversaw construction for FCL. Postl-Yore & Associates provided architectural and engineering services.
