Until now, Equity Office's Pacific Region in Los Angeles had managed the company's greater Bay Area 76 buildings. The San Francisco regional office is one of several created under the company's revised structure.
Since merging with Cornerstone Properties last year, Equity Office Properties Trust has seen significant growth, Peter Adams, senior vice president of strategic planning and operations says in a prepared statement. It owns and manages a national portfolio of 380 buildings with 99 million sf in 24 states.
Geisreiter has worked for Equity Office Properties Trust since 1995. Prior to that, he served as an office leasing broker at CB Richard Ellis where he was responsible for leasing and management assignments in San Francisco.
