Boylston Place, owned by Brockton-based The Point Group, provides residents with hotel-style features such as a gift shop, a full service bar and restaurant, a parlor, a spa, a salon and a private dining room. Other amenities include a cinema, a fitness center, a game room and sun decks.
Living at the 48-unit 150,000-sf center, which cost $53 million to build, is not cheap. Rental rates vary, depending upon the level of service, but they range from $4,600 to $8,000 per month for a studio from 400 to 500 sf in size. One-bedroom units, 600 to 800 sf are between $6,800 to $10,000 per month while two-bedroom units, up to 1,200 sf, go for $9,500 to $13,000 a month.
