Social Security Administration Leases 70,000 SF in Meadows Business Park

BALTIMORE, MD-The Social Security Administration’s 70,000-sf lease of 6300 Security Blvd. in Baltimore’s Meadows Business Park brings the building’s occupancy rate to 91%, according to the complex’s asset manager Lisa Young, a vice president of Emmes Asset Management. The agency will have its offices here in the second quarter of 2001.

Federal agency officials are committing to a five-year lease for the building’s third and fourth floors for divisions of the Social Security Administration, which also maintains its national headquarters near this complex. Richard Coles, senior vice president of Emmes, represented the owner in the lease negotiations.
