Now Kotis Properties of Greensboro, NC is prepared to rejuvenate the nine-unit site with an initial cosmetic injection of $350,000 and a later $550,000 renovation. The property already has attracted its first two tenants, according to a published article.

Kotis Properties president Marty Kotis says the high-density neighborhoods surrounding the center and its location near downtown Asheboro are major assets, the article states. Kotis Properties also markets the center as having access to Interstate highways 40, 85 and 95, and being convenient to Greensboro, Raleigh, Charlotte and Pinehurst, the area's industrial heartland.
