TestChip had been located at Royal Green, an office building at the intersection of Royal Lane and Greenville Avenue in Dallas, a company source has told GlobeSt.com. The structure's build out at 2600 Technology Dr. has been designed by The Waddill Group of Dallas. The design houses an expanded TestLab, flex work spaces, library, cafeteria and indoor basketball court. TestChip has signed a five-year lease for the property, owned by Jackson-Shaw Co. of Dallas, the source says.
The seven-year-old TestChip, which has an Austin expansion in the works, partners with international semiconductor manufacturers for consulting, design, analysis and test services. The company says the new office will accommodate its needs for at least five years.
