The two-building plan calls for 92,800-sf and 102,400-sf structures. The flex facilities will have 24-foot clear height ceilings, heavy floor loads and optical power and fiber capability. The project should deliver by July. Broomfield is along the US Highway 36 corridor between Denver and Boulder.

TelePlace has offices in Boca Raton, FL and Noordwijk in the Netherlands.It also operates state-of-the-art Convergent Technology Centers in several countries.The Broomfield project is the first given to Sacramento-based Panattoni. Brian Wells and Sam Depizzol, both of The Staubach Co.'s Denver office, have handled the deal. Greg Markling of M+O+A has designed the center and construction financing is being provided by First National Bank of Omaha.
