CommAir is an independent mechanical contractor in metropolitan Boston with more than 1,000 customers in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut and Rhode Island. The firm specializes in the service, repair, replacement, installation, and turnkey design/build of large commercial HVAC equipment.

CommAir will retain its name and management personnel. Together with affiliates New England Mechanical Services Inc. of Hartford, CT and Betlem Service Corporation of Rochester, NY the firm will operate as Consolidated's Northeast Division.
