American Express, Traffic.com and the Independent Order of Foresters haveall signed five-year leases at the Culver City complex, which stands near the intersection of Slauson Avenue and La Cienega Boulevard. The trio of leases is worth a combined $2 million and total more than 15,000 sf.
The four-building Wateridge complex was purchased last August by NewportBeach-based Crown Realty & Development for $50 million. Crown Realty is now building additional space to meet the project's strong demand.
A Colliers Seeley International team of Steve Solomon, Andrew Jennison and John Bibeau represented Crown Realty in all three transactions. American Express was represented by PaulAsher and Nick Christensen of CB Richard Ellis. The IOF was represented by CindyLybeck of Bayshore Partners, while Traffic.com was represented by Craig Kish ofStaubach.
