LOS ANGELES-Crown Realty & Development’s Wateridge office development in Culver City has signed three new tenants to push its occupancy level to 99%, even as buildings in other parts of the Westside see occupancy levels drop as more Internet firms scale back.
American Express, Traffic.com and the Independent Order of Foresters haveall signed five-year leases at the Culver City complex, which stands near the intersection of Slauson Avenue and La Cienega Boulevard. The trio of leases is worth a combined $2 million and total more than 15,000 sf.
