Global International Investments Buys Acre-Plus Parcel for New HQ at SouthPark

ORLANDO-The Osceola County-based real estate firm is relocating to the SouthPark section of Orlando Central Park where it has purchased a 1.08-acre pad for $260,000 or about $240,740 per acre ($5.40 per sf).

ORLANDO-Global International Investments Inc., a major player in Osceola County industrial projects near the 30,000-acre Walt Disney World empire, plans to break ground on a new headquarters building this quarter in the SouthPark section of Orlando Central Park, the area’s oldest and largest business park.
