Wasser will discuss the status of the company's redevelopment projects in Mount Vernon and Port Chester. Wasser will update brokers on the firm's 285,000-sf retail development on Sandford Blvd., in Mount Vernon that will feature such stores as: Target, Best Buy, Old Navy, Bed Bath & Beyond and T.J. Maxx. The project, set on 14.5 acres, is scheduled to begin construction soon.
In addition, G&S is the developer of the $100 million "The Waterfront at Port Chester" which will include a Costco, a 108,000-sf movie theater as well as retail space.
