Commercial space on the ground floor of the luxury lofts in Streetcar, across from Union Station and the Oxford Hotel at 17th and Wynkoop streets, include a number of restaurants: Morton's of Chicago, Senorita's Cantina, Trios Enoteca and the Parlour. It also includes dry cleaners, Paradise Cleaners. This is the first property management contract that IPS has signed this year and its first in LoDo.
