Knitting Firm Moving to Suburbs

CHARLOTTE-Textrum Weaving Inc. purchased a 42,000-sf building in Belmont, NC from Swag-Nit Inc. for $735,000 or $17.50 per sf. Swag-Nit is relocating out of the state.

CHARLOTTE-Textrum Weaving Inc. is leaving the Queen City for the suburbs. The fabric-knitting firm bought a 42,000-sf building in Belmont, NC from Swag-Nit Inc. for $735,000 or $17.50 per sf. Swag-Nit is moving its operations to another undisclosed state.

Textrum will move from 16,000 sf of leased space in Charlotte Corporate Center and plans to occupy the new space by March or April.
