Located on the south side of Park Row at Texas 6 in the Interstate 10 West Energy Corridor, the sale closes out all but 2.3 acres on the highway's east side that fronts Park Row. The project calls for a sanctuary, classrooms, apartment buildings for senior citizens and a combination family center-gymnasium.

Wolff is the park's original developer and is expecting Park Row to fill this year. Retail development in the area is expected to increase due to growth in the energy industry, projected hikes in retail sales and predicted decreases in shopping center vacancies. Wolff feels the West Houston Energy Corridor will grow exponentially because of its easy access to airports, downtown and many of Houston's master-planned residential communities. Wolff estimates 55,000 people currently work in the submarket.

David Hightower and David L. Lane have represented Wolff Cos. in the deal. Mac Haik of Mac Haik Enterprises has acted on the church's behalf.
