The mixed-use complex is comprised of 16 buildings, which encompass 237,369 sf on Avenida Aeropuerto, Calle Perfecto and Calle Aviador. The freestanding buildings are a mix of R&D and industrial facilities that stand on individual parcels with yards.
"We are considering our options in this South County submarket, with its limited competing product, to either sell the individual buildings to the existing tenants or to investors who may wish to purchase single tenant, triple-net leased buildings," says Rusty Turner, president of Turner Development.
Rob Socci, Louis Tomaselli and Mitch Zehner of Voit Commercial Brokerage's Anaheim office represented both the seller, Laguna Niguel-based Birtcher Real Estate Group, and the buyer.
