The seven-year lease gives tenant Bullett Freight 22,413 sf at 721 E. Ball Rd. The two-story, flex-tech park was built in 1982.
The relocation will allow Bullett Freight to expand its operations. "Bullett Freight needed more room since the company was in the midst of an expansionary period," says Barry Walshe, a broker who worked on the deal.
Bullett Freight was represented by Greg Farrier and Jim McFadden of Grubb & Ellis' Anaheim office. Walshe and George Hapsic, both of Voit Commercial Brokerage's Anaheim Metro office, represented Koll Bren Schriber.
