Prospective tenants, who are not charged, can sign up for Cityfeet Agent, which alerts them via e-mail when an appropriate property has been listed.

Cityfeet.com does not act as a broker. Once an owner and potential lessee have identified one another, they negotiate a deal in the usual way. Brokers can list properties on behalf of their clients and the site offers a service that will identify nearby brokers for wannabe tenants.

Cityfeet.com now operates in New York, Atlanta, Los Angeles and San Francisco and plans to expand soon to Washington, DC and Boston.
