Fidelity signed a five-year, $2.2-million lease for about 9,400 sf on the 18th floor of the high-rise, at 1999 Avenue of the Stars. It has occupied 8,000 sf on the 25th floor of the building for the past few years.

The company plans to complete the move in May. Fidelity's big investment center is inside another nearby tower, at 10100 Santa Monica Blvd.

Chris Holland of the recently formed Coldwell Banker Commercial Westmac represented Fidelity in the transaction. Mark McCaslin of The McCaslin Co. represented the landlord, JMB Properties Co.
