The largest of the three is the 97,000-sf Island Village Shopping Center on Hildebrand, anchored by Safeway and Rite Aid. Steve Carlson, VP of Seattle-based Joshua Green, says the center and the other two properties are fully leased, but he declined to discuss rental rates.

The second is a 9,000-sf general office building at 901 Hildebrand; and the third is an 8,400-sf mixed-use building at 1050 Hildebrand, occupied by a Silver Screen Video and two office tenants.

Other retail properties in the company's portfolio total nearly 550,000 sf and are scattered throughout Kirkland, Newcastle, DesMoines, Lynwood and Seattle, as well as a 15,000-sf Office Depot at 1423 Fourth Ave. in Seattle. Office properties include the 110,000-sf Joshua Green Building at Fourth Avenue in Seattle, which Carlson says is "about 96% leased." The holding company also has the 14-story Washington Mutual Tower in Spokane.

The Bainbridge portfolio was acquired from A&B Properties, which is a subsidiary of Alexander & Baldwin Inc., based in Honolulu, HI. A&B had owned the shopping center since 1990 and the 901 Hildebrand building since 1997. The firm developed the mixed-use property in 1998.
