Jones Lang LaSalle Nabs Three Management Contracts

DENVER-Jones Lang LaSalle's Denver office is on a roll, snagging three lucrative management contracts. The pacts add 591,000 sf and take leasing and management duties above 6.3 million sf for the region.

DENVER-The local office of Jones Lang LaSalle has taken over the management of three area buildings.

Two of the buildings, located in the Denver Tech Center, are owned by Maier & Siebel, a real estate investment adviser based in San Francisco. Alameda Natpark LLC, a locally owned investment company, owns the third, which is 100% occupied by the National Park Service.

Jones Lang LaSalle has won the management of the 200,000-sf building at 7887 E. Belleview Ave. through a bidding process initiated by Maier & Siebel. Maier & Siebel has owned the property since 1996. In late December, Maier & Siebel had purchased the 224,000-sf Terrace Tower II property at 5619 DTC Blvd. and has asked Jones Lang LaSalle to manage that property as well. Maier & Siebel also retains Jones Lang LaSalle for the management of its Salt Lake City holdings.
