MC Real Estate Service Marks 5 Years Managing Corporate Woods

OVERLAND PARK, KS-The New York State Teachers Retirement System's prestigious holding gets a new tenant in The Weitz Co., a general building contractor based in Des Moines, IA.

OVERLAND PARK, KS-It’s the fifth anniversary for MC Real Estate Services, Inc. managing Corporate Woods, one of the metro’s largest and most prestigious business parks. The southern Overland Park office park is owned by the New York State Teachers Retirement System.

One of the newest tenants in Corporate Woods is The Weitz Co., a general building contractor, based in Des Moines, IA. The Weitz Co. is ranked 24th among general building contractors by Engineering News Record.
