The buyer is a private partnership, known simply as Cedarwoods Business Park LP. Both parties in the transaction were represented by Jack Faris, of Voit Commercial Brokerage's Anaheim Metro office and by AlanPekarcik and Tyson Theel of Voit's Irvine office.
