Morgan Group Names Denver VP, Development Partner

HOUSTON-Katrina Plank is headed to Denver, where she will be the new vice president and development partner for The Morgan Group. Denver is one of the luxury apartment developer's key markets.

HOUSTON-Katrina Plank will be leaving the Houston offices of luxury apartment developer, The Morgan Group Inc., to serve as its new vice president and development partner in Denver.

Denver is one of the developer’s key markets. The Morgan Group plans to build 1,900 units this year in its existing markets, which also include its home base, Atlanta, Kansas City, San Diego and Orange County, CA. Plank has been a development associate with MGI since 1996 and previously had worked in Australia as a construction economist.
