Located in the master-planned Wateridge Business Park, the Class A corporate office project consists of three two-story buildings, of 46,142 sf, 29,141 sf and 31,207 sf, are on 8.64 acres at Wateridge Circle, just north of Mira Mesa Boulevard in Sorrento Mesa.

Multi-Tech Properties Inc. is the project owner and developer, and Peterbuilt Construction Co. is the general contractor.

Designed by local architectural firm Austin Veum Robbins Parshalle, Wateridge Summit has floor plates divisible to 10,000 sf, with 17-foot floor-to-floor clearance height; grade-level loading; multiple conduits to accommodate telephone fiber optic and cable providers, as well as mesa and ocean views and outdoor dining patio areas.

Rent for the new corporate headquarters space is $2 psf plus utilities, with a $25 per usable-sf tenant improvement allowance.
