It reportedly marks the largest office pact signed so far this year. 360Networks is a fast-growing telecommunications company. Although based in Vancouver, most of its employees are residents of Broomfield, a community situated along the US Highway 36 corridor between Denver and Boulder.

Allen Palmer, senior vice president of developer Legacy Partners, which is based in Foster City, Ca, says the seven-year lease is worth about $20.5 million. 360Networks will be occupying its second building in Mountain View. It also leases a 92,000-sf structure which, when coupled with the latest signing, means it occupies more than half of the $92-million, 460,000-sf office park.

"This is a great way to start off our pre-leasing, with one high quality tenant taking the entire building," Palmer told GlobeSt.com about his latest deal. Scott Garel of the Frederick Ross Co. has represented Legacy and Chris Phenicie and David Hart of Colorado Commercial have acted on 360Network's behalf. In the Denver area, Legacy has developed and acquired more than 2.5 million sf.

In addition to 360Network, Global Commerce Systems has leased an entire 115,000-sf building. The project's final building is occupied by Arthur Anderson, Ford Motor Credit, DeVry Institute, XO Communications and Century 21.
