Voit Development purchased for a 4.2-acre parcel at the southwest corner of I-17 and Anthem Way $869,000. The company plans to begin construction soon on the Desert North Commerce Center at Anthem, a 50,000-sf back-office and industrial project.
The project is across I-17 from Anthem, Del Webb's massive master planned community and across Anthem Way from a popular outlet mall. Anthem is expected to have 50,000 residents at buildout, which will come of the next 15 years. Anthem is about 25 miles north of downtown Phoenix.
Desert North Commerce Center at Anthem is being marketed by the Phoenix office of Coldwell Banker Commercial, with broker Don Brigham, and the Phoenix office of ICOR Properties, with broker Keith Melidoni.
