SAN DIEGO-Disguise Inc, a NYC-based costume manufacturer, signed a $15-million lease deal for 206,415 sf of industrial space at 11906 Tech Center Ct. in Poway, CA.
The company plans to locate its local headquarters and warehouse/distribution operations on the property, located 11906 Tech Center Court in Poway, CA.
The project was designed by Pacific Cornerstone Architects and built by Hamann Construction, the owner.
Rob Merkin and Steve Holland of CB Richard Ellis' San Diego Central office represented Disguise, Inc. in the transaction.
In another CB Richard Ellis deal, Hamazawa Investment Co. has purchased an office building in the Pacific Corporate Center in Sorrento Mesa for $8.3 million.
The building, located at 5910 Pacific Center Blvd, is currently occupied by Cayenta Inc., an IT consulting firm and subsidiary of Titan Co. The property is situated just off Interstates 5 and 805.
The former owner, TIPAC-I, recently completed extensive renovations on the 49,704-sf building.
Nick Psyllos, Bret Gossett and Ty Moffat of CB Richard Ellis' San Diego Central office represented the seller, TIPAC-I and Timothy Vaughn of CB Richard Ellis South Bay represented the buyer, Hamazawa Investment Co.
