The project will deliver in spring 2002. The multifamily project overlooks Town Lake and is attracting young professionals and empty nesters in an active pre-leasing effort. The property is designed so that there are only eight to 10 residences per floor.
This is Dunaway's first multifamily project in Austin. The firm, which also maintains a Ft. Worth office, has developed nine multifamily complexes in Ft. Worth, one each in Lewisville, Bedford, Grapevine and Denton, which is a 139-room private dormitory for University of North Texas students. The Dunaway team also has to its record commercial, retail and industrial projects throughout Texas.
CD Henderson of Dallas is the general contractor and Enviroplan Architects of Austin is the project's designer. Anne Coleman & Associates of Austin is the landscape architect.
