Mann Berkeley is relocating its headquarters from about 20,000 sf at 1200 Binz. The new location, which is being built out, also will also house a clinic. Duke anticipates a March 1 move.
Mann Berkeley will be the lead tenant at the 78,286- sf office building, also occupied by the architectural firm, Professional Design Group. The building is located along Weslayan between Alabama and Richmond. PM Realty's Duke has represented the developer-owner, Koll Bren Schreiber Realty Advisors in the deal. Mary Descant of Caldwell Watson has acted on the eye center's behalf.
