In all, plans call for four buildings to be constructed in the 17-acre business park. Two buildings will have two stories and two will have three stories. Up to 185,000 sf of office space may be built at the site.
Thus far, two buildings, with about 50,000 sf, have been leased in the business park. Tenants include Alamosa PCS Holdings Inc., a telecommunications company, and Trinity Financial Group, a life insurance broker.
Construction has begun on a third building, a 22,000-sf structure that should be available this summer. No tenants have been signed as of yet.
The business park is being developed by Mechanical Breakdown Protection Inc., a company which serves as an undewriter for auto dealer service contracts. The company was the first tenant in the business park. Cohen-Esrey Real Estate Services Inc. is marketing Grand Business Park.
