In Buena Park, an individual investor from LA paid $1.2 million for a24,600-sf retail facility. The building stands on 54,000 sf of land at 7101 Lincoln Ave. and is the former home of a furniture store operated by the now-bankrupt Heilig-Meyers furniture chain.

Joe Miller of CB Richard Ellis' Anaheim office represented both parties, buyer Ron Labowe and seller McMahan's Orange County.

The second retail facility is in the City of Orange. A Tustin-based investor paid $1.1 million for the 4,982-sf building, which stands on the northeast corner of Tustin and Katella avenues.

Broker Miller represented the buyer, privately held Seaside Ranchos. The seller, Hong Kong-based Keng Fong Investment Co., was represented by Tom Spear of Property Management Associates of Los Angeles.
