TSK America Taking 15,115 SF at Corridor Park

AUSTIN-TSK America has signed a 15,115-sf lease for its research and development spot at Corridor Park, known for its high-profile Dell Computer resident. The office is one of the company's five US test and assembly operations.

AUSTIN-TSK America Inc. is leasing a 15,115-sf of research and development space at Corridor Park’s 100 Michael Angelo Way in the city’s north central sector.

TSK is a leading supplier of semiconductor manufacturing equipment and precision measurement systems. The American operation is based in Farmington Hills, MI and has test and assembly operations, such exists in Austin, in Richardson’s Telecom Corridor, Chesterfield, VA, Phoenix and Portland. Colliers Oxford Commercial’s Bob Wynn, Mike Tipps and Anne Marie Lenton have handled the transaction for the building owner while Chris Marchbanks of Cresa Partners’ Austin office has acted on TSK’s behalf.
