The 348,000-sf center is anchored by an 111,850-sf Home Depot, 30,187-sf Ross Dress for Less and 33,894-sf Linen 'n' Things. H. Dean Lane Jr. and Culver Stedman of Boyd Page have represented owner Kimco Realty Corp. in the latest wave of signings.
The 44.15-acre location will now be home to a 46,350-sf Best Buy Co. Inc. Best Buy had been represented Ed Wulfe of Wulfe & Co. Babies R Us will occupy 37,000 sf of the shopping center. Lynn Davis of Trammell Crow Co. has negotiated the Babies R Us lease. Party City will be setting up shop in 12,054 sf in a deal negotiated on its behalf by David Nicolson of The Weitzman Group.
Lifeway Christian Book Store, represented by Bobby Orr of Orr Realty Corp. has grabbed 8,000 sf. Matt Keener of Trammell Crow has sealed a 6,600-sf deal for Aaron Brothers, Inc. Avenue has been signed to 5,100 sf in a deal negotiated by Mike Chitwood of The Weitzman Group. And, Sprint PCS has nabbed 2,888 sf for a retail outlet. Kenneth Katz of Wulfe & Co. has represented the telecommunications firm.
