AvidXchange Adds E-Commerce Executive

CHARLOTTE-The locally based provider of Internet software tools for commercial real estate companies, has recruited David Strause from Lat Purser & Associates as senior real estate e-commerce manager.

At Lat Purser, Strause worked with REIT owners to design leasing, sales and redevelopment strategies of commercial properties throughout the Southeast. Strause will be responsible for the strategic sales initiative to the company's main sales channel, real estate owners and operators.

AvidXchange provides bid management and purchasing tools and services to commercial and multifamily real estate companies.
