· Mark Collins, specializing in office properties, has been promoted to senior vice president. He's been at the company 13 years.
· Stephen Kurtz, specializing in industrial/special properties, has been promoted to first vice president. He joined the company staff in 1986.
CB also hired two new commercial real estate professionals.· Keith Johnson has joined the firm as an associate with the office properties group. His primary area of responsibility will be the Eastside office market, featuring Troy, Auburn Hills, Birmingham and Bloomfield Hills. He brings several years of sales experience, that include the generation and management of more than 300 accounts in the Midwest.· Michael Blahosky, a first vice president, joined the firm as the Midwestdirector of the company's hotel and leisure advisory group. He has 20 yearsof brokerage and consulting experience with the hotel industry.
