The two-building, two-story brick office complex stands in the 1500 block of East First Street. It was acquired by First Street Financial Center LLC from a private partnership based in Phoenix.

The buildings are in Santa Ana's Parkcenter area and are about 80% leased. NAI Capital Commercial's father-son team of George and Steve Economos represented both the buyer and the seller.

Activity in the Parkcenter area has been warming, as many tenants and investors look for less-expensive alternatives to the John Wayne Airport area and other pricier submarkets.
