For the past decade, Harper has focused on leasing and investment sales in the downtown San Francisco market. Harper will continue such endeavors in his new position with Colliers, as well as provide the company with expertise in market research and analysis.

Harper spent six years with Whitney Cressman. Prior to that, Harper spent three-and-a-half years at Knowlton Realty, where he focused on office leasing.
