The $107 million project contains a total of 610,000 sf of Class A office space. The four, three-story buildings are identical, except for a flipping of floor plans to provide variation in the facades. Each building holds 152,000 sf, broken out into 50,000-sf L-shaped floor plates.
Underground parking provides 1,730 stalls, and the complex's amenities include entry courts and large play fields. The Seattle office of MulvannyG2 Architects designed the complex. Baugh Construction was the general contractor, with the Seneca Group as construction manager.
Pacific Real Estate Partners is coordinating leasing activity. GlobeSt was unable to reach any of the parties to discuss the terms of Microsoft's lease. An online listing says rents are between $24/sf and $26/sf net.
