The seven-year deal is with Chicago-based TVO Lakeview Partners LP. The US OnLine subsidiary will be providing cable TV and high-speed Internet access to the community.This is the second deal between the two firms, with the other contract being for a Dallas property. More pacts are sure to follow since TVO Realty Partners and its affiliates own or manage 76 properties in 15 states. Rob Solomon, USOL Holdings CEO, says the contract expansion "underscores the confidence they have in our product and service offering."

Austin-based USOL Holdings provides integrated telecommunications and entertainment services to the multifamily industry through its US OnLine subsidiary. The company presently operates in Austin, Dallas-Ft. Worth, Denver, Houston, Portland, San Antonio and Washington, DC. Its existing portfolio now numbers about 49,430 units.
