USOL Holdings, TVO Realty Ink 504-Unit Pact for Lakeview

AUSTIN-USOL Holdings has struck its second deal with Chicago-based TVO Realty Partners. This time, the multifamily pact is for Austin's 504-unit Lakeview. With 76 properties in TVO's portfolio, more deals are sure to follow.

AUSTIN-USOL Holdings Inc. has struck yet another deal with a multifamily community, this time picking up 504 units at Austin’s Lakeview development.

The seven-year deal is with Chicago-based TVO Lakeview Partners LP. The US OnLine subsidiary will be providing cable TV and high-speed Internet access to the community.This is the second deal between the two firms, with the other contract being for a Dallas property. More pacts are sure to follow since TVO Realty Partners and its affiliates own or manage 76 properties in 15 states. Rob Solomon, USOL Holdings CEO, says the contract expansion “underscores the confidence they have in our product and service offering.”
