The company signed a 10-year lease and will occupy space on the fifth floor. W&M Construction will build out the new space for the tenant. FLAG, with offices here and Boston, manages eight limited partnerships that invest in a diversified portfolio of high-quality venture and growth capital funds.
W&M Properties, the marketing and managing agent for Soundview Plaza, represented the building owner in the lease deal. FLAG Venture Management represented itself in the transaction.
