Venture Capital Firm Relocates to Soundview Plaza

STAMFORD, CT-FLAG Venture Management LLC will relocate its headquarters office from Stamford Landing to 12,188 sf of space at Soundview Plaza, according to officials with W&M Properties.

STAMFORD, CT-FLAG Venture Management LLC, a venture capital firm, has decided to relocate its corporate headquarters to 12,188 sf of space at Soundview Plaza, a 180,000 sf office building owned by the Malkin family. It is currently located in the Stamford Landing office complex.

The company signed a 10-year lease and will occupy space on the fifth floor. W&M Construction will build out the new space for the tenant. FLAG, with offices here and Boston, manages eight limited partnerships that invest in a diversified portfolio of high-quality venture and growth capital funds.
