Sarasota-based Michael Saunders & Co., an affiliate of Sotheby's International Realty, expects to begin selling the condos Wednesday at prices from $1 million to $4 million for units ranging from 2,700 sf to 5,200 sf.

The planned high-rise is one of 11 new multistory residential products that Bonita Springs-based WCI expects to build over the next two years in mostly coastal communities in Southwest, Southeast and South-Central Florida. This is the second phase of a condominium project that Ritz-Carlton Hotel Co. manages and operates. First phase development included 50 units located on the hotel's top eight floors.

Founded in 1976, Michael Saunders & Co. employs more than 400 workers and produces more than $20 million a year in revenue.
