The 138,000-sf facility will serve as a warehouse for Dynamic Cooking Systems, a manufacturer of gas barbeques and stainless steel ranges for residential and commercial uses. The property is located at 5900 Skylab Road, in close proximity to a 165,000-sf site that was built for Dynamic in 1997.
Both facilities were developed by Master Development Corporation, a Newport Beach-based real estate development and general construction company. MDC and Dynamic were both represented in-house.
MDC also developed the nearby Skylab Corporate Center, which has recently reached a 100% occupancy level, as reported by GlobeSt.com. A shoe importer and a sheet metal fabricator have both taken space in the two-building complex.
