Disposition, Development Agreement Signed for Lents Town Center Plaza

PORTLAND-The site is located at SE Foster Road and SE 90th Street. Demolition of existing structures is expected to begin in April. Construction is slated to begin this summer. Completion is scheduled for spring 2002.

PORTLAND-The Portland Development Commission and Lents Town Center LLC have signed a disposition and development agreement for the sale and development of a 2.4-acre site into 31,770 sf of commercial space, 25 rental units and five for-sale townhomes.

The site is located at SE Foster Road and SE 90th Street, in the historic Lents Business District. Demolition of existing structures is expected to begin in April. Construction is slated to begin this summer. Completion is scheduled for spring 2002. The $9.6 million project is being partially funded by $3.45 million in tax increment financing by the Portland Development Commission.
