Lucent Technologies signed a lease for 2,000 sf and will relocate from offices it now occupies in Valhalla. Cushman & Wakefield represented Lucent Technologies, officials with GHP Realty represented the building owner in all three transactions. Finally, Ecco III Enterprises, a major construction company, renewed its lease for 2,000 sf at the building.

Since its acquisition in mid 2000, GHP Realty has undertaken extensive renovations to the building exterior. It has also incorporated improvements to the parking lot, landscaping, exterior signage as well as to the building's mechanical systems and interior lobbies.
