Lease Deals Bring Knollwood Road Building to 95% Occupancy

WHITE PLAINS-The new owner of 297 Knollwood Rd. reports that three recent lease deals have brought the 35,000 sf office building to nearly full occupancy. The largest lease is with an information technology company.

WHITE PLAINS-Three new lease deals totaling 7,500 sf has brought 297 Knollwood Road to 95% occupancy, according to GHP Realty, which acquired the 35,000 sf building six months ago. The largest new lease was with Modis Professional Services, an information technology and business services firm, which signed a deal for 3,500 sf of space.

Lucent Technologies signed a lease for 2,000 sf and will relocate from offices it now occupies in Valhalla. Cushman & Wakefield represented Lucent Technologies, officials with GHP Realty represented the building owner in all three transactions. Finally, Ecco III Enterprises, a major construction company, renewed its lease for 2,000 sf at the building.
