LOS ANGELES-An LA-based home equity lender has inked a $10-million deal to sublet part of its corporate headquarters in Downtown.

According to the terms of the 11-year sublease, an LA-based distributor of steel, aluminum and specialty metals will occupy Two California Plaza’s 51st and 52nd floors, which encompass 44,847 sf. These top two floors have served as part of Aames Financial Corp.’s headquarters. The lender occupies several floors in the building, which stands at 350 S. Grand Ave.
